Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping for the 100-Speed Pocket Turbo Fan to destinations available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary because of weekends, holidays, inventory checks, or address verification. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Timing depends on the destination, carrier, inventory location, customs processing, weather, and other conditions outside our control. Any estimate shown at checkout or in tracking information is the most current estimate available for that order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email it after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take time to update. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing the order. Contact Austin@graywickholdings.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

International orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country unless checkout specifically states that those charges are included.

Delays, loss, or damage

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner and work toward an appropriate resolution.
