Oakmere is operated by Graywick Holdings LLC. Throughout this site, “Oakmere,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Oakmere and Graywick Holdings LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. Information you provide at checkout must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Products and availability

We work to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions, availability, prices, and quantities may change without notice. We may limit or discontinue products where permitted by law.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or import fees are shown or described at checkout when available. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, text, graphics, images, and design are owned by or licensed to Oakmere, Graywick Holdings LLC, Shopify, or their respective licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or exploit site content without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; transmit malware; interfere with site security; collect another person’s information without authorization; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made from Oakmere, not Shopify. We may use third-party providers for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Third-party links and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakmere and Graywick Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
